Our current terms and conditions are set out below. From time to time we may update these terms. Any changes impacting the online business will be published on this website and will apply to any subsequent orders received.


General

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

Order acceptance
We will accept your order on receipt of cleared funds in writing by email. You may browse our website and purchase products via our website without registration.

Availability of goods
Our items are produced from high quality wool/cotton and are hand-made. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Incorrect display on website
We try to ensure that all products are accurately described and prices are displayed correctly on our website. If we discover an error in the description or price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order based on the correct price/description or cancel the order.

Disclaimer
Some wool/cotton batches may vary in colour. Please don’t expect an exact match to certain batches used in photographs displayed on this homepage. The colour will not vary on your product.

Payment - terms
All orders are hand-made and must be pre-paid.

Payment - options
We accept credit and debit card payments for online orders. Please note that prices are shown without shipping costs and inclusive VAT, where applicable. Please contact us if you prefer a different payment type.

Delivery – General
Delivery can be made to any location in the European Union and North America. Please contact us {add link to contact us page} if you would like us to ship to any other location.

Delivery – Times
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, occasionally delays are inevitable. In this unlikely case we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no liability for any delay to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.

Delivery – Express
Please contact us if you require urgent delivery.

Delivery – UK
All Standard Delivery are sent by Royal Mail. Your goods will be shipped within 21 working days of order confirmation and a standard delivery charge of GBP 3.00 applies.

Delivery – Europe (excluding Russia)
All Standard Delivery are sent by Royal Mail. Your goods will be shipped within 21 working days of order confirmation and a standard delivery charge of GBP 3.00 applies. In individual cases we will consider courier service and will inform you accordingly.

Delivery – North America
All Standard Delivery are sent by Royal Mail. Your goods will be shipped within 21 working days of order confirmation and a standard delivery charge of GBP 3.00 applies. In individual cases we will consider courier service and will inform you accordingly.

Damaged Items
We have substantial quality control processes in place. However, if any product supplied by us is damaged or show a manufacturing defect we will provide you with an appropriate remedy (refund or replacement). Please notify us immediately in writing and return the faulty item(s) in its original condition with 14 days of receipt.

Returns
For any unwanted items we reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of products neither for any damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.

Refunds
Refunds for any accepted return will be made to the same card with which you made your original payment and will be reflected in your account within 10 working days after receipt of the returned items.
