Finding your items

To find the items you are looking for you can browse our collections by choosing from the left hand frame. Alternatively you can filter our products by the categories Babies, Girls, Boys and Accessories on top of our homepage.

Adding to your shopping cart

When you have found your product on our website you will need to choose size and colour before clicking “ADD TO CART”. This will open a separate window in your Internet Browser and take you to PayPal, our external cart and payment services provider.

You can certainly continue shopping on our homepage and any additional item you choose by clicking “ADD TO CART” will automatically added to your Cart on the PayPal page.

Reviewing your selection

Once you have selected all items you wish to buy and you are happy with the contents of your cart, you need to click “CHECKOUT” at the bottom of your shopping cart page.

Enter your billing and delivery address/Comments to us

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address and add any comments to us. We will confirm the delivery address in our confirmation mail to you to ensure the products will be sent to the correct address.

Choose a payment method

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payment and vouchers via PayPal, our payment provider. PayPal applies the latest security systems to keep your details safe.

If you prefer any different payment method please contact us to discuss before placing the order online.

Review and confirm your order

Please review the summary of your order and all your details carefully before clicking to confirm the order. We will not charge your card until you have confirmed your order.

Confirmation email from us

We will process your order as quickly as possible. Within 48 hours of your order online you will receive an email from us to confirm your order and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Price and payment method

The majority of our items are exempt from VAT. However some items are subject to 20%. In this case the amount including VAT will be displayed and a note will inform you of the VAT amount.

At all times we aim to ensure that our prices on the website are up to date and most accurate. However if there is an unintentional error we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to discuss. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Availability and delivery

All our products are handmade for you.

In the UK all our orders are shipped with UK Post Office Standard delivery. Therefore no signature is required. If you prefer registered or express delivery please include a comment when ordering your goods.

For international delivery we use either UK Post Office or other shipping companies depending on the delivery address.
